Betting Rules
Rolletto Casino operates under licences issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (reference OGL/2024/1798/1048) and the Anjouan regulatory authority, with SSL encryption and independent auditing by eCOGRA supporting player protection.
1. General betting requirements
These rules apply to bets and other gambling activity completed through an authorised account or betting interface. Different products, markets or games may have additional rules displayed before you participate. If a product-specific rule conflicts with a general rule, the product-specific rule will normally apply to that product, subject to applicable law and the website’s Terms and Conditions.
Your account and eligibility
- You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering and when using your account.
- You must satisfy the legal minimum age and any other eligibility requirements that apply in your location.
- You must use your own account and must not allow another person to place bets or access gambling services through it.
- You must not use the service if online gambling is prohibited for you under the laws or restrictions that apply to your circumstances.
- You are responsible for protecting your login details and for checking activity carried out through your account.
- You must promptly notify the operator if you believe your account has been accessed without permission or used incorrectly.
Access may be restricted, suspended or refused where verification is required, where information cannot be confirmed, where activity appears irregular, or where the operator has a legal, regulatory or responsible gambling obligation to act. An account may also be restricted if the operator reasonably believes that the account is being used for fraud, prohibited activity, circumvention of controls or a breach of these rules.
Legal and location requirements
You are responsible for making sure that you are permitted to use online gambling services in the place where you are physically located. Laws and restrictions may differ between Australian states and territories and may also apply differently to particular products. Location checks or other verification measures may be used. If you are travelling, living outside Australia or using a connection that obscures your location, access may be unavailable or limited.
The operator may request documents or information to confirm your identity, age, location, payment method or source of funds. Information must be supplied within the requested timeframe and must be genuine, legible and unaltered. Failure to complete a required check may prevent further betting, withdrawals or account access until the matter is resolved.
2. Placing, changing and accepting bets
Checking your bet before confirmation
You should review every bet carefully before confirming it. Check the selected event, market, outcome, stake, odds or price, combination, any applicable conditions and the total amount at risk. A bet is generally treated as submitted when you confirm it through the relevant betting control and it is recorded by the system.
- A bet is not complete merely because selections have been added to a bet slip.
- The displayed price, odds or return may change before a bet is accepted.
- A bet may be rejected if the market is closed, suspended, unavailable or subject to a technical issue.
- A bet may be accepted in full, accepted in part or rejected where the system or applicable rules allow that outcome.
- The confirmation shown in your account or betting history is the best record of whether a bet was accepted.
No cancellation unless permitted
Once accepted, a bet cannot normally be changed or cancelled at your request. Cancellation, cash-out, withdrawal or other alteration may be available only where that function is expressly offered and successfully completed before the relevant deadline. The appearance of a button or option does not guarantee that a request will succeed, particularly if a market is suspended, an event changes or a technical interruption occurs.
You should not place a second bet simply because a confirmation message is delayed. First check your account, betting history or transaction record. If an accepted bet is duplicated because of a technical or communication problem, the operator may review and correct the records in accordance with the applicable rules and law.
Stakes, prices and returns
The stake shown at the time of confirmation is the amount committed to the bet. Any potential return displayed before settlement is an estimate based on the applicable price and rules. It may not include every adjustment, deduction or condition that applies to the relevant product. The final result is determined by the accepted bet record, the published rules and the official result or settlement information.
You must have sufficient available funds or approved betting credit, where applicable, before placing a bet. A transaction that appears to be submitted but is not recorded as accepted does not create a valid bet. You should not rely on a screen display alone where your account history shows a different status.
Prohibited conduct
- Using false, stolen or misleading identity or payment information.
- Opening or controlling accounts for another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
- Attempting to manipulate prices, outcomes, markets, promotions or settlement processes.
- Using software, automated tools, bots or technical methods intended to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting a system, display, pricing or settlement error after becoming aware of it.
- Using the service for unlawful activity, money laundering, fraud or the concealment of the source of funds.
3. Results, settlement and technical issues
How bets are settled
Bets are settled using the official result, data source or event information relevant to the market. The applicable market rules determine whether a selection wins, loses, is void, is cancelled or is settled in another way. A result may be amended if an official body later corrects the underlying result, or if the original settlement was affected by an error.
Events can be postponed, abandoned, interrupted, rescheduled or materially changed. In those circumstances, the relevant market rules determine whether the bet remains active, is carried forward, is void or is settled using another valid result. A market may also be suspended while information is checked. A suspension does not itself indicate the final outcome.
- A selection may be void where the event does not take place or where the market condition cannot be fairly determined.
- A bet may remain valid where an event is rescheduled, if the relevant product rules allow it.
- A market can be settled differently from another market on the same event because each market has its own conditions.
- Official records may take priority over commentary, live displays, third-party websites or informal reports.
- If a result is corrected, the account balance and betting history may be adjusted to reflect the correct settlement.
Obvious errors and system problems
An obvious error may include an incorrect price, duplicated selection, incorrect market description, wrong event information, a bet accepted after a market should have closed, or a technical display that does not match the available product. If an obvious error occurs, the operator may take reasonable steps to correct the error, void the affected bet, resettle it under the correct conditions or reverse an incorrect credit, subject to applicable law.
The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, communications failure, software faults, data issues, third-party interruptions or circumstances outside reasonable control. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every displayed price, result or account update will be available without delay. If there is a difference between a live display and the official account record, the account record and applicable rules will generally be used for review.
Reviewing your records
You should regularly check your account balance, deposits, withdrawals, accepted bets, voided bets and settled results. If you identify a possible error, contact the operator through the support method made available on the website and provide the relevant account information, bet reference, date, time and a clear explanation. Prompt reporting helps the operator investigate, but does not by itself change the settlement of a bet.
4. Responsible gambling, complaints and rule changes
Gamble responsibly
Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a way to earn income, recover losses or solve financial difficulties. Only use money that you can afford to lose. Set a personal budget before you play and avoid increasing your stake because of a previous loss. Never gamble when you are affected by alcohol, drugs, strong emotions or pressure from another person.
- Set time and spending limits that suit your circumstances.
- Take regular breaks and do not chase losses.
- Keep gambling separate from essential household spending and borrowed money.
- Use available account restrictions, deposit controls, time-outs or self-exclusion tools where you need additional support.
- Seek independent help if gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, work, health or wellbeing.
- If you are concerned about another person’s gambling, encourage them to seek professional assistance.
Requests for self-exclusion or other responsible gambling controls should be made through the process provided on the website. Restrictions may take effect in accordance with the relevant system and legal requirements. You must not attempt to bypass a restriction by creating another account or using another person’s account.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question about a bet, settlement, account restriction or transaction, use the support channel available through the website. Include enough information for the matter to be identified, but do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Complaints are generally reviewed using account records, accepted bet data, relevant market rules, payment information and other available evidence.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, further review or an external dispute process may be available under the rules that apply to the service and your location. Nothing in these Betting Rules is intended to remove or limit any mandatory consumer right, legal protection or regulatory process that applies in Australia.
Changes and governing requirements
Betting Rules may be updated to reflect changes to products, technology, responsible gambling measures, legal requirements or operating procedures. The current version published on the website applies to new activity from the time it takes effect. Rules that were in force when a bet was accepted will generally be used to assess that bet, unless a correction or mandatory legal requirement requires a different approach.
If any part of these rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Where these rules differ from a mandatory requirement of Australian law or another applicable jurisdiction, the mandatory requirement takes priority. By continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read these rules and agree to follow them.
